Shenyang Hongyuan Magnet Wire Co., Ltd. is established in 1983 and located in the Economic and Technological development Zone in Shenyang . The company covers the area of over 66700 square meters and mainly produces various types of copper winding wires, including various types of enamelled wires, paper wrapped wires(PICC), transposed wires(CTC), and other series of products. It is a qualified supplier of State Grid Corporation of China.
The company has an information-based, intelligent, "300-thousand level dust-free, 5G production workshop", strictly implements the IATF 16949 management system, strengthens the control of various links such as personnel, machinery, materials, method, environment, and testing, and comprehensively improves the quality and production capacity of high-end enameled wires for new energy vehicle motors. The company plans to layout the new energy vehicle field, strengthen the research and development of 800V drive motor enameled copper flat wires, and continuously improve them to meet the requirement of customer.
